think in images and feel with music...
In my art I follow the transmedial approach, which combines sound and image with each other in an innovative way.
With the harp, I direct my visual worlds. In essence, I navigate my art as a musical storyteller.
And the interaction between music and painting means immersing myself into the symbiosis of a total work of art",
says artist Martina Stock on the occasion of her artistic performance at Schloss Arenberg Salzburg.
This is how her walk-in audiovisual installation
“100 FEMALE VOICES -
Portraits of renowned female artists
from 100 years of the Salzburg Festival”,

conveying a strong alliance of women. This project, conceived as a total work of art, does not seek
to define a feminine aesthetic, but instead creates a multi-faceted narrative with numerous
fractures and tensions employing portraits to map, reflect, and revise time and ages. Relating
stories from a different perspective also means posing questions.
to ask questions.
